German bratkartoffeln and bratwurst
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, slightly crumbly potatoes (peeled), butter, paprika mix ((3 pieces), in long strips), onions (in rings), mushrooms ((250 g), sliced), tomato paste (70 g), sausages (4 pieces) and hot curry powder.

Cut each potato into 4 pieces.

Cook them for 12 minutes, drain and allow to cool to room temperature.

Meanwhile, light the barbecue.

Heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the pepper and onion for 5 min on medium heat.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the tomato puree and 100 ml water and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, heat 50 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 15 minutes until golden brown.

Season with salt and pepper.

Grill the sausages in approx.

12 minutes around the barbecue.

Divide the baked potato and vegetables over 4 plates.

Cut the sausages into pieces and place on the plates, sprinkle with the curry powder.
