German bratkartoffeln and bratwurst
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, slightly crumbly potatoes (peeled), butter, paprika mix ((3 pieces), in long strips), onions (in rings), mushrooms ((250 g), sliced), tomato paste (70 g), sausages (4 pieces) and hot curry powder.

Cut each potato into 4 pieces.

Cook them for 12 minutes, drain and allow to cool to room temperature.

Meanwhile, light the barbecue.

Heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the pepper and onion for 5 min on medium heat.
