Endive with onion and vegetable schnitzel
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly potatoes, onions, olive oil, endive à la crème cut cubes (frozen 450 g), ground spicy cheese (150 g) and vegetable schnitzel (a 2 pieces).
Peel potatoes, cut into pieces, wash and cook until about 20 minutes.
Peel onions and roughly chop.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and fry the onion glassy in about 5 minutes.
Add endive and cheese.
Heat the door through and through, regularly shovel.
Meanwhile, heat residual oil in large frying pan and bake cutlets according to instructions.
Spread endive, potatoes and cutlets over four plates..
