                                Cut the red pepper into thin strips. Cut the steak lengthwise in slices that are as thin as possible. Sprinkle to taste with chili pepper and salt.

                                Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the steak with the garlic for about 2 minutes. The steak is almost done. Add the red pepper after 1 min. Sprinkle the fire with the spring onions and peanuts. Delicious with pandan rice and cooked bimi.
