Soft mashed potatoes with dill provides a nice roof on the dish of pink salmon and French stir-fry vegetables.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the stir-fry vegetable for 2 minutes.
