Creamy salmon dish with vegetables under a puree pastry
Soft mashed potatoes with dill provides a nice roof on the dish of pink salmon and French stir-fry vegetables.

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the stir-fry vegetable for 2 minutes.

Add the flour and cook for 1 min. Add the cooking cream and heat for 3 minutes while stirring.

Season to taste with pepper and salt and spread over the oven dish.
