Pasta with grilled balsamic vegetables
Macaroni with ratatouille, white cheese and balsamic vinegar.

Preheat the grill. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Clean the vegetables, cut into coarse pieces and spread out on a greased baking sheet.

Squeeze the garlic (out of package) and mix with oil and thyme (from package). Drizzle vegetables with garlic oil and grill for approx. 20 min.

Let the cheese drain. Spread the vegetables in a bowl. Stir the remaining oil, vinegar, salt and pepper into a dressing and sprinkle over the vegetables.

Sprinkle the cheese over the salad. Serve with macaroni.
