Mix the finely chopped olives, oregano and pepper and salt to taste by the burgers.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan and fry the lamb burgers about brown in about 12 minutes.

Brush the eggplant slices with 1 tablespoon of oil, heat the grill pan and grill the eggplant slices until tender.

Cover the bread rolls with iceberg lettuce and divide the grilled eggplant over it. Place a lamb burger on each bread and finish with the red onion rings and a leaf of lettuce.

Serve with crumbled feta and a few leaves of mint.
