Mega pumpkin crostini
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Peel the pumpkin, cut into square cubes of half a cm and put in an oven dish. Drizzle with salt, vinegar and a few tablespoons of oil.
Fry the pumpkin for about 15 minutes in the oven until the cubes are al dente, stirring occasionally.
Drizzle the slices of bread with a tablespoon of oil each and cut the goat's cheese into cubes.
After the pumpkin roast the bread for about 4 minutes in the oven until it is crispy.
Divide the pumpkin on the bread and put the goat's cheese on it. Let the cheese melt in the oven.
Serve with a fresh green salad.
