Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Peel the pumpkin, cut into square cubes of half a cm and put in an oven dish. Drizzle with salt, vinegar and a few tablespoons of oil.
  3. Fry the pumpkin for about 15 minutes in the oven until the cubes are al dente, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drizzle the slices of bread with a tablespoon of oil each and cut the goat's cheese into cubes.
  5. After the pumpkin roast the bread for about 4 minutes in the oven until it is crispy.
  6. Divide the pumpkin on the bread and put the goat's cheese on it. Let the cheese melt in the oven.
  7. Serve with a fresh green salad.
