  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease the spring form with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  3. Heat the butter for the filling and fry the onions in soft and light brown for about 5 minutes. Add the ham strips and fry for another minute. Beat the eggs with the whipped cream, salt and pepper and grated cheese.
  4. Roll out the dough into a round piece of about 4 mm thick and cover it with the spring form. Spread the onion and ham over the dough base and pour the egg mixture over it. Shake the shape so that everything is well distributed and cut the edges of the dough straight.
  5. Bake the quiche in about 30 minutes until tender and golden brown. Leave the quiche outside the oven for 10 minutes before you cut it.
