Penne with tomato and mascarpone sauce
Pasta with mascarpone sauce, zucchini, mozzarella, garlic and olive oil. Tasty with a salad with balsamic vinegar.
Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain the mozzarella. Clean the zucchini and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini and garlic for 4 minutes. Stir in the pasta sauce and the mozzarella balls and let it warm through and through. Stir in the penne and let it warm for 1 min.
Mix the lettuce with the dressing. Season the penne with pepper and salt. Serve with salad.
