Spicy Mexican pasta dish with red pepper, meat strips, tomato and salad with avocado.

Cook pasta according to instructions.

Wash red pepper and cut off the stalk. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seeds with a sharp knife and cut into strips.

Fry in non-stick frying pan the meat strips with pepper for approx. 5 min. Add tomato cubes and co-heat for approx. 2 min.

Halve the avocado, scoop out the flesh and cut into pieces. Iceberg lettuce cleaning, washing and cutting into strips.

Mix avocado with olive oil and lemon juice. Create avocado sauce by lettuce.

Fry meat with sauce. Pasta served with salad.
