Indian meat skewers with apple yoghurt dip
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef, Indian curry paste (pot a 283 g), apple (peeled and grated), fresh coriander ((15 g), coarsely chopped), olive oil and Greek yoghurt.

Knead the mince with the curry paste, half of the apple and half of the coriander by hand (or in a food processor).

Shape the chopped 8 thin sausages and baste them on the skewers.

Heat the grill pan.

Brush the meat skewers with the oil and fry them in the grill pan for 10-12 minutes around brown and brown.

Turn the skewers regularly.

In the meantime, mix the yogurt with the rest of the apple and coriander in a small bowl.

Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Serve the yoghurt dip with the skewers.
