Beetroot syrup with apple and bacon patties


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion (chopped), butter, rösti (frozen, 600 g), bacon patties (a ca. 100 g), apples (eg gold bars), grated beetroot ((400 g) and drained) .

Directions

  1. Fry onion in 1 tbsp butter in frying pan.
  2. Add Rösti and bake golden brown in 15 minutes.
  3. Season regularly.
  4. Rub bacon steaks with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in other frying pan and fry bacon strips in browned and crispy slices for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm on a plate under aluminum foil.
  7. In the meantime, peel apples, remove the apple core with an apple core and cut 4 thick, uniform slices of apples.
  8. Apple slices in residual bacon fat on both sides in 2-3 min.
  9. Mix beetroot with rösti and fry for a few more minutes.
  10. Rösti spicy season with salt and pepper.
  11. Place bacon strips on apple slices on the plate, add beetroot next to them..
