Penne with chorizo and peas
Wholegrain penne rigate with chorizo sausage, peas, sugo verdure pasta sauce and aged grated cheese.

Cook in pan with plenty of boiling water in 6 to 8 minutes until done. Cut chorizo into small pieces. Fry gently in wok chorizo in about 3 minutes. Peel and chop onion and cook for about 2 minutes with chorizo.

Pour in peas and add pasta sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Scoop occasionally. Drain penne and scoop through chorizo sauce.

Spoon pasta into two deep plates and sprinkle cheese over it.
