Zucchini salad with risotto
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, courgettes, Risotto alla Milanese (a 165 g), butter or margarine, dried tomatoes in oil (a 180 g jar), shallots, white balsamic vinegar (250 ml bottle), olive oil and smoked chicken breast strips (about 200 g).

Clean the courgettes and scrape them with cheese slicer.

Season the zucchini slices in water with salt for about 2 minutes.

Rinse with cold water, let it drain and cool.

Meanwhile, prepare risotto with butter according to instructions.

Cut tomatoes into thin strips.

Chop and shred scallops.

Dressing stirring vinegar and oil.
-
Season with salt and pepper.
-
Cut the shallots, tomato strips and dressing into courgette.
-
Create chicken strips by risotto and heat for 1 more minute.

Serve Risotto with zucchini salad.
