Heat oil in wok or frying pan. Bake meat in 10 minutes on a high heat brown. Add garlic and vegetable mix and stir-fry 3 minutes.

Turn down heat and add Italian herbs, white beans and tomato sauce. Let the dish simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide bean dish over four plates and serve with grated cheese.
