Chicken with prawns
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken drumsticks, salt and freshly ground pepper, onion, olive oil, tomato cubes (cans 400 g), dry white wine, chicken stock, extra pure chocolate, parsley, garlic, white almonds, ground turmeric (koenjit), cognac or vieux (liquorice) and pink shrimps.

Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 dl tomato cubes tin 400 g
- 1 dl dry white wine
- Chicken broth tablet
- 20 g extra pure chocolate
- 4 twigs parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 45 g white almonds
- Teaspoon ground turmeric (koenjit)
- 2 tablespoons cognac or vieux liquor
- 125 g Pink shrimps

Directions

sprinkle chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in a large pan.

Chicken around brown.

Sucking on the onion for about 4 minutes.

Add tomato cubes, wine, bouillon tablet and 1 1/2 dl of water.

Bring to the boil and gently fry chicken for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, chocolate coarse chopping.

Parsley finely cut.

Garlic peel and halve.

In food processor almonds, garlic, chocolate, turmeric, 3/4 part of parsley and brandy to puree smooth.

Almond paste by stirring chicken with sauce.

Stir in chicken for about 15 minutes until softly cooked.

Add shrimps at the end and briefly heat them.

Season the taste with salt and pepper.

Scatter leftover parsley.
