Stir-fry of celeriac and beet
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast, lemon (scrubbed), olive oil, cumin, honey, celeriac, cooked beet ((500 g), peeled), coriander ((15 g) and coarsely cut).

Cut the chicken into pieces and put into a bowl. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Add the juice, grater, oil, cumin, honey and pepper and salt to the chicken. Leave to be covered until use.

Peel the celeriac and cut into cubes. Cook for 3 minutes and drain. Cut the beets into cubes.

Heat a stirring stir fry the chicken 5 min. Add the beet and celeriac and stir fry for 3 minutes. Stir in the coriander and season with salt and pepper. Tasty with couscous.
