Directions

  1. Heat the frying pan and fry the meat together with the chopped onion until everything is light brown.
  2. Add the garlic, oregano and tomato paste and fry for a few more minutes. Add the peeled tomatoes and cut the tomatoes a bit.
  3. Let the sauce simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in water with salt al dente. Divide the pasta and sauce over 4 plates.
  4. Tasty with grated cheese and a green salad.
