Cod burger with endive tomato stew
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes ((bag 3 kg), peeled), cod burgers (a 2 pieces), oil, onions (chopped), tomato cubes (400 g), garlic (finely chopped), endive (approx. 450 g) and in narrow strips).

Cut the potatoes into quarters and cook until cooked according to the instructions on the package.

Fry the codburgers in the oil on both sides until golden brown and cooked according to the instructions on the package.

Take them out of the pan and cover them with aluminum foil to keep them warm.

Fry the onions golden brown in the oil in which the cod burgers are baked.

Add the tomatoes and the garlic, bring the liquid to the boil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the potatoes and crush them coarsely.

Spoon the endive on the mash, scoop up the onion-tomato mixture and scoop everything lightly.
