Boil rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, cut the onions. Chop the roasted nuts roughly.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add curry powder and the nuts and cook for 1 min. Add the white cabbages and fry for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Moderate the heat, pour the rice through and warm well. Scoop occasionally.

Divide the haddock fillet into 4 equal pieces. Sprinkle with salt and salt.

Take the fish through the flour and shake off any excess flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish for 2 min on medium heat. Turn halfway.

Serve the fish with the nut rice.
