Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the pistachio nuts for 2 minutes. Allow to cool on a plate.

Mix the mince in a bowl with half of the nuts, milk, egg, breadcrumbs, allspice and pepper and salt. Knead and make 2 rolls.

Brush a plate with the oil. Cut each roll into 15 equal pieces and roll balls with wet hands. Place on the plate and cover. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls for 10-15 min. Until done. Times regularly.

Spoon the balls on a plate. Pour the most fat out of the pan.

Stir the flour through the remaining fat. Add the fondue and stirring the whipped cream. Allow 10 minutes to reduce on low heat.

Add the jam and season with the vinegar, pepper and salt. Add the fruit and defrost in 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the rest of the nuts. Slice the parsley.

Put the balls back in the pan and warm everything. Sprinkle the balls with the nuts and parsley. Yummy! .
