Grilled chicken with avocado and corn
A nice argentinian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillets (halved horizontally), dried thyme, olive oil, lemon (scrubbed), avocado (diced), tomatoes (diced), corn ((300 g), drained), coriander (( 15 g) coarsely cut) and tabasco.

Mix the chicken with the thyme and 2 tbsp oil. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon over the chicken and add pepper and salt. Cover everything and leave covered on the counter for 30 minutes. You can also go longer, but put the chicken in the fridge.

Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the rest of the oil. Mix in the avocado, tomato, corn and coriander. Season with the tabasco.

Light the barbecue or heat the grill pan. Grill the chicken for 4 minutes or until tender. Turn halfway. Place the chicken on a plate and let rest for a few minutes under a lid or aluminum foil. Serve the chicken with the salsa.
