Spicy fish on a potato bed
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, coalfish fillet (frozen), potatoes, liquid margarine, fish herbs (a 50 g, frozen), carrots and peas (frozen).

Thaw the microwave oven in approx.

7 minutes.

Preheat oven to 225 ° C.

Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices.

Spread slices over baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with 4 tbsp margarine.

Put potatoes for 10 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Season the fish with salt, pepper and fish herbs.

Place the fish on the potatoes, cover with the remaining margarine and bake for another 10 minutes.

Clean the carrots, leave a piece of green on them, boil in 8 minutes.
