Tomato risotto with celery salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: garlic, onion, celery, butter, risotto rice (pack a 500 g), dry white wine, herbal broth (from tablet), tomato sauce (with mozzarella (260 g)), paprika (raw vegetables (a 150 g)) and salad dressing balsamic (vial of 270 ml).

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean celery and cut into thin lines.

Cutting green.

Melt half of butter in deep pan.

Add risk list and bake for 1 min.

Add garlic, onion and fry for 2 minutes.

Add wine and let it fade out.

Mix the broth and pomodorini and stir in little by little.

Boil for about 20 minutes while stirring.

Mix celery with raw vegetables and add salad dressing to taste.

Stir in butter and to taste, stir in black pepper by risotto and on 4 plates.
