Directions

  1. Halibut loaves of bread in half lengthwise and slightly hollow out (bread crumbs are not used).
  2. Peel the cucumber and cut into cubes.
  3. Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.
  4. Mix cucumber, shrimp, spring onions and dijonnaise.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the bread over the bottom halves of bread.
  7. Prepare shrimp mixture and cover with top bread halves.
  8. Cut loaves of bread diagonally into pieces..
