Vegetable soup with meatballs
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), cinnamon, wok vegetables coarsely chopped (400 g), sifted tomatoes (passata di pomodori, 500 ml), meat broth (from tablet) and ready-to-cook Dutch meatballs (300 g).

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the garlic with the cinnamon until it smells.

Spoon the vegetables through and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the tomato sauce and the stock and bring it to the boil.

Put in the meatballs and heat for another 2 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the soup gently over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
