Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Save some of the cooking liquid and drain the spaghetti.

Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Cut the basil coarsely.

Spoon the spaghetti with the preserved cooking liquid, oil, tomato cubes, mozzarella cubes and basil.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
