Directions

  1. Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Roast the walnuts in a frying pan without oil or butter for 3 minutes. Allow to cool on a plate and chop coarsely.
  3. Cut the sausages into 2 cm pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chipolata 4 min.
  4. Wash the leeks and cut into half rings. Add the leek and cook for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the penne with the sausage-pre-mix and spread over 4 plates. Sprinkle with the walnuts and cheese.
