Greek meatballs with yoghurt sauce
Delicious Greek meatballs served with yoghurt sauce and potatoes.

Peel the garlic, chop 1 clove. Cut the parsley. Beat the egg. Cut the crusts from the bread, then crumble it. Mix the mince with the egg, garlic, bread and half of the parsley. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Form 12 meatballs from the minced meat. Bake the meatballs around brown in a non-stick frying pan. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Press the rest of the garlic over the yogurt. Mix the yogurt with the rest of the parsley and some salt. Clean the cucumbers and slice into slices.

Beat a dressing of the rest of the oil, vinegar, pepper and salt, mix in the cucumber. Serve with meatballs and potatoes.
