Greek salad with green pepper, red pepper, cucumber, onion, black olives, capers, oregano and white cheese cubes.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges, peppers into thin strips and the cucumber into slices.

Cut the parsley finely and mix through the tomato, paprika and cucumber.

Cut the onion into thin rings.

Divide the onion rings with the olives and the capers over the salad and scoop. Divide the plates.

Cut the oregano fine.

In a bowl, beat the oil and the vinegar until dressing. Season with pepper, salt and oregano. Sprinkle the dressing over the salad.

Divide the cheese cubes over the salad.
