Chicken sauce in ketchup sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white rice, sunflower oil, chicken sauce (4 pieces), red pepper (in strips), tomato puree (70 g), sweet soy sauce, cabbage (in strips) and ground turmeric (yellow root).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken slices in 5 min. Brown. Take the meat out of the pan. Fry the pepper for 3 minutes in the same pan. Add the tomato paste, ketjapmarinadeen 150 ml water. Put the chicken bodies back in the pan and roast them with the lid on the pan in 10 minutes until done.

In the meantime, stir the remaining oil in a stir-frying pan, stirring the pointed cabbage in 4 minutes. Add the rice and turmeric and cook for another 2 minutes. Divide over 4 deep plates and add the chicken sauce with ketjapsauce.
