Directions

  1. Roll the crooked skins through the Italian herbs. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the meat gently in 18 min.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Then cook them in 12 minutes until done. Clean the green beans and cook the green beans in 8 min. Until al dente.
  3. Chop the onion and finely chop the chives. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion chopper for 3 min. Add the green beans and the chives.
  4. Mix the pesto dressing by the potatoes. Serve with the croquettes and green beans.
