Ingredients
- 400 gram mixed whitefish fillet frozen, possibly
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 clove garlic pressed
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme minced meat
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 little fennel bulb in rings
- 1 little root in slices
- 2 shallot in rings
- 1 onion in rings
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 liter fish stock of tablet
- 1 ciabatta Bread in slices
- 1 baguette

Directions

Cut the (thawed) fish into smaller pieces or bars. Mix them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, half of the garlic and the thyme.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a soup pot and fry the fennel, carrot and shallots for 2 minutes.

Spoon the tomato puree and fry for 1 minute. Pour in the stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the fish and simmer for 8 minutes.

Mix the rest of the olive oil with the rest of the garlic. Brush the bread slices with this mixture and grill them briefly under a hot oven grill. Serve them with the soup.
