Ciabatta with pesto-ricotta and sirloin steak
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ciabattas (bread), fresh pesto (100 g), ricotta ((cheese, 250 g), olive oil, prime rib à la minute and mixed salad (200 g).

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Cut Ciabattas in length and halve halves.

Pesto and ricotta stir together in a bowl.

Rub Ciabatta halves with ricotta mixture and place under hot grill for 3 to 5 minutes.

Heat oil in large frying pan and bake entrecotes brown in 2 to 3 minutes, turning halfway.

Remove the meat immediately and sprinkle with salt.

Place 1 ciabatta half on four plates.

Distribute salad over bread.

Place meat on top and cover with other halves..
