Dutch pan of green beans
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: green beans, mushrooms (fine (250 g)), fresh parsley (30 g), oil, Quorn (pieces (a 175 g)), small potatoes (small (450 g)) and Dutch (pancake) green beans (72 g)).

Eat green beans and halve.

Clean mushrooms and halve them.

Clean and chop parsley.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry Quorn, beans and potatoes for 5 minutes.

Add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile mix thoroughly with 400 ml of cold water.

Add to green beans and cover with a lid on the pan in approx.
-
10-20 min.
-
If necessary, season with salt and pepper.

Spread over 4 deep plates or bowls and sprinkle with parsley..
