Sweet soy sauce from the wok with fried tofu


Eastern rice dish with ginger, stir-fry mix, tofu and fried onions.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the tofu into slices of 1 cm thick and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Peel the ginger root and grate fine. Heat in a frying pan with non-stick oil. Fry the tofu on each side for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the sambal and ketjapmarinadetoe to the tofu and leave on low heat. Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring stir fry the stir-fry mix and ginger for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add boiled rice and the rest of the ketjapmarinadeen will warm up through and through. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Divide the sweet soy rice over plates. Put the slices of tofu on top and sprinkle with fried onions.
