  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a high pan. Chop 1 onion and fry with garlic and half of the pepper for 4 minutes on medium heat. Pour the pot of tomato sauce delivered with the pizza dough, let it simmer for 5 minutes and puree the whole with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Sprinkle the counter with flour. Place the pizza dough on it, place 8 rounds with a large glass and put it on the baking tray. Cut the other onion coarsely and cut the zucchini first in quarter lengthwise and then into slices. Divide the sauce over the groundings.
