Mini pizzas with vegetables
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, onions, garlic (finely chopped), red pepper (in small pieces), pizza dough ready-to-eat (600 g, cooler), flour and zucchini.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a high pan. Chop 1 onion and fry with garlic and half of the pepper for 4 minutes on medium heat. Pour the pot of tomato sauce delivered with the pizza dough, let it simmer for 5 minutes and puree the whole with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the other onion coarsely and cut the zucchini first in quarter lengthwise and then into slices. Divide the sauce over the groundings. Then sprinkle the mini pizzas with the zucchini, the onion and the rest of the peppers and drizzle with the rest of the oil. Bake the pizzas in the oven for 15 minutes until done and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper to taste.
