Red cabbage dish with apple and smoked sausage

Chop the onion.

Peel the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into cubes.

Cut the smoked sausage into slices.

Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the onion about 2 min.

Put the apple through, add some oil and stir-fry the red cabbage for about 3 minutes on medium heat.

Stir in the hache herbs and vinegar.

Fry the red cabbage on a not too high fire for about 2 minutes.

Add the sausage slices and heat them for approx. 1 min.

Season with pepper and serve immediately.
