Chicken and vegetables from the oven
A tasty recipe. The gluten-free main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, medium hand orange, winter pins (small) and traditional olive oil.

Bring a pot of water to the boil and preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Meanwhile cut the potatoes into pieces and put in the boiling water. Cook the potatoes for 5 min.

Meanwhile, cut the bottom of the fennel, cut the tuber into 8 parts, cook for 1 min and pour everything. Allow to cool slightly.

Clean the orange and cut into parts. Cut the winter pins in half lengthwise.

Mix the potato and fennel with the chicken, orange slices, oil, carrot and fennel seed in a large roasting pan or on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for approx. 45 minutes in the middle of the oven.

After 30 minutes, shovel the vegetables, add the tomatoes and olives and put in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
