Tortelloni salad with smoked chicken
Pasta salad with tortelloni, verdi, cherry tomatoes, chicken, olives and spicy old cheese.

Cook the tortelloni al dente according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Spoon the tomatoes, chicken breast and arugula with the balsamic dressing.

Drain the pasta and allow to cool. Scrape the cheese into coarse curls or grate coarsely. Halve the olives and mix them with the pasta loosely through the salad. Spread the pasta salad over the plates and sprinkle the cheese curls over it. Serve lukewarm.
