Lentil-coconut soup with turkey
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, onions (chopped), oil, turkey breast strips (about 250 g), lentils (400 g), apples, fresh ginger root (finely chopped), coconut milk and chicken broth (from tablet).

Fry onion and turkey strips in oil for approx.

Drain the lentils into the sieve.

Peel apples, cut into pieces and then into pieces.

Peel the ginger root and cut very finely.

Ginger, lentils and apple pieces by shoveling meat.

Pour coconut milk and hot chicken broth into pan and bring to the boil.

Cook the soup covered for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Distribute soup over four deep plates..
