Shrimp-lemon skewers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemons (scrubbed), red pepper (seed strips removed), garlic (unpeeled), ground coriander (ketoembar), olive oil, giant shrimps ((500 g, frozen), thawed) and cherry tomatoes.

Grate the yellow skin of 1 lemon over a bowl and press the fruit above it. Cut the pepper into strips and add. Press 1 clove of garlic over the bowl. Cut the coriander into the mortar. Add with the oil and shrimp. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cook the rest of the garlic for 4 minutes on low heat. Cut the other lemon in eight.

Thread the lemon, garlic, shrimp and tomato onto the skewers. Grill for 6 minutes on the barbecue.

You can marinate the prawns in the morning. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
