Pasta shells with shrimps in leek cream sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, traditional olive oil and fresh stir-shrimp with garlic (200 g).

Fry the leek gently in the oil, add the grated winter carrot and stew the vegetables for 15 minutes. Cook the pasta shells according to the instructions on the packaging.

Add the garlic shrimps and the cream to the vegetables in the pan, bring it gently to the boil and warm the shrimp for about 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta shells and put them in the pan with the leek and prawns. Serve the dish immediately.
