Kohlrabi salad with mackerel
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, olive oil, Season all-herbs (pot), kohlrabi, ciabatta bread rolls or pistolets, lightly smoked mackerel fillets (200 g) and mixed oak leaf lettuce (100 g).

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Squeeze out the lemon.

In bowl dressing beat lemon juice, olive oil and spices.

Roast kohlrabi and cut into cubes.

In bowl, mix kohlrabi with 1 tablespoon of dressing.

Halves sandwiches halfway and thinly coat with dressing.

Put on the baking plate under the hot grill and allow it to turn golden brown in approx.

2 minutes.

Meanwhile, remove the skin from mackerel fillets and divide mackerel into pieces.

Spread oak leaf lettuce, kohlrabi and mackerel over two wide bowls.

Sprinkle the rest of the dressing over it.

Add sandwiches separately..
