Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the Quorn and stir-fry vegetables and fry in about 4 to 5 minutes on a high heat.

Meanwhile spread the tortillas over two microwave-safe plates and heat for approx. 40 seconds at 800 Watt.

Divide the lettuce, stir-fry vegetables with Quorn pieces and cheddar over the warm tortillas and fold close to wrap. Garnish the wraps with tortilla chips.
