A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: walnut rice (250 g), cucumbers, stoneleeks (kind of spring onion, 75 g), red pepper, (sunflower) oil, fillet breaded (meat substitute, a 2 pieces, 190 g), caster sugar and sweet soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  2. Peel cucumbers, halve in length, remove seeds and cut into thick slices.
  3. Clean stone cut and cut into pieces.
  4. Clean pepper, remove seeds and cut into fine rings.
  5. Heat half of oil in frying pan with non-stick coating and brown fillets in 4 min.
  6. On both sides.
  7. Heat in wok rest of oil and stir-fry cucumber, pepper and stoneleeks for 2 minutes.
  8. Stir in sugar and ketjap marinade and continue to heat through.
  9. Serve fillets with oriental cucumber and rice.
  10. Delicious with sweet chili sauce..
