Breaded fillet with oriental cucumber
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: walnut rice (250 g), cucumbers, stoneleeks (kind of spring onion, 75 g), red pepper, (sunflower) oil, fillet breaded (meat substitute, a 2 pieces, 190 g), caster sugar and sweet soy sauce.

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Peel cucumbers, halve in length, remove seeds and cut into thick slices.

Clean stone cut and cut into pieces.
