Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Chop the shallot and cut the courgettes into cubes of 1 x 1 cm.

Wash the leek and cut into rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the shallot for 1 min. Fry the zucchini and leeks for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the cream sauce according to the instructions on the packaging.

Slice the leaves of basil fine. Add half of the basil, salmon and pepper to the sauce.

Spoon the rice on the plates. Divide the courgette pre-mix and then the salmon in cream sauce. Sprinkle with the rest of the basil.
