Herring salad with carrots
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potato slices (700 g), sliced leeks (300 g), fresh parsley (30 g), carrot julienne (a 150 g), apple, mustard, vinegar, sugar, sunflower oil and herring in mild cream sauce (a 175 g).

Potato slices cooked for about 10 minutes.

250 g of leek last min.

Drain and rinse cold under cold tap.

50 g leeks very finely.

Parsley finely chop.

Spread carrots over 4 large flat plates.

Peel apple, cut flesh into 1/2 cm cubes.

Mix in a bowl with chopped leeks, half parsley, mustard, vinegar, sugar and oil.

Stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Mix the potato in large bowl with leek, herring in cream sauce and the rest of the parsley.

Make salad in the middle of carrots.

Create apple mixture over carrot..
