Pasta radish salad with pistachio ground
Penne with meatballs with pistachio nuts, tomatoes, olives and radishes.

Directions

Finely chop the nuts. Put spices in a large bowl with the minced meat and the meatballs. Sprinkle with salt if necessary and knead well.

Form 3 balls per person with moist hands.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter and fry the meatballs over medium heat in 8 min. Brown and done.

In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Cut the tomatoes into segments and the dill finely.

Drain the pasta and mix with the yoghurt-herb sauce, the tomato, dill and radish mix.

Scoop the olives with the pieces of peppers, cheese cubes and oil from the same bowl through and scoop on a large flat dish.

Divide the meatballs over the salad and serve immediately.
