Tortillas with tofu mince
Tortilla wraps stuffed with tofu stir-fry minced beef, Mexican savory, tastytom vine tomatoes, avocado, diced chipotle pepper and raw vegetables with radish.

Halve half of the tomatoes and grate them on a coarse grater (you keep the skin over, this is not used).

Mix the flesh with the chipotle pepper into a salsa. Cut the rest of the tomatoes into cubes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mince together with the Mexican herbs for 5 min. On medium heat.

Meanwhile cut the avocados in half. Remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.

Have a nice fork with a fork. Season with pepper and salt.

In the meantime, heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the packaging.

Spread them with the avocado and divide the minced meat, the raw vegetables radish, tomato salsa and cubes of tomato in succession.

Or serve all parts separately, so that everyone can invest their own tortilla.
